Job summary

SkinSpirit seeks a Client Care Administrator to support daily medical spa activities, including call handling, appointment scheduling, and transactions. The role requires flexibility for weekday, weekend, and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; AA preferred.
• 1+ year of customer or sales experience; aesthetic setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize with high accuracy.
• Must be a team player and take initiative.
• Knowledge of Internet, Outlook, Excel, Word; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Social media experience is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in medical office/understanding of cosmetic procedures/skin care products.

Responsibilities

• Work a combination of weekday, weekend and evening shifts including opening and closing.
• Provide excellent client care and customer service.
• Answer and screen a high volume of inbound calls.
• Manage appointments (scheduling, moving and canceling).
• Promote clinic, treatments, services, products, and promotions.
• Provide accurate, immediate responses to guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete client transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality in all guest matters per policy.
• Open and close the clinic and perform basic office duties as assigned.
