Job summary

SkinSpirit is seeking a Client Care Administrator to support daily medical spa operations in Sacramento-Roseville. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, process registrations, and perform opening/closing duties with a patient-first approach.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, with comfort using Outlook, Excel, Word, and POS systems like Zenoti.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred.
• 1+ years of customer or sales experience; aesthetic setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Internet, Outlook, Excel, Word; learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of weekday, weekend, and evening shifts, including opening/closing.
• Provide excellent client care and customer service.
• Answer and screen a high volume of inbound calls.
• Manage appointments: scheduling, moving, and canceling.
• Promote clinic services, products, programs, and discounts.
• Complete client transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Support clinic operations with basic administrative tasks.
