The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping, teamwork with nurses and support staff, and delivering reliable, organized administrative support.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Ability to complete agency-required trainings.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, confirm, and transport individuals to medical appointments.
• Attend appointments as needed and communicate information to healthcare providers and teams.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Assist with medication tracking, orders, MAR updates, and distribution.
• Pick up medications and deliver them as required.
• Maintain and update healthcare records and appointment schedules.
• Monitor and replenish medical and first aid supplies.
• Support individuals in understanding their healthcare needs.
