Brown University Health is seeking a friendly Medical Office Receptionist to support physicians and patients at our Warwick location. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, collect payments, verify demographics and insurance, and help ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on compassionate care.
The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE:
High school diploma required. Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology required. Must be very organized. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of patients and families.
Six months' experience in a medical office.
