Job Summary:

As a frontline representative of BILH Primary Care, you will exercise the highest standards of customer service in all interactions with patients and staff. This dynamic clerical position is often the first impression of the office and significantly influences the care of our patients, setting the tone for a positive patient experience. Key responsibilities include phone interactions, registration, scheduling, co-pay collection and billing, and appointment confirmation calls. Your role is critical to ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: High School Degree or GED
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a high-volume customer service related position
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong customer service skills, PC skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask
