ScribeAmerica is seeking medical scribes to support doctors during patient visits in an Emergency Department setting. You will document patient history, exams, treatments, and use EHR systems, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate charts.

Full-time and part-time shifts available with flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide network. No prior experience is required; we provide a comprehensive training program and real-life clinical exposure,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for interactions with patients and team members.
• Typing speed 40+ words per minute and accurate data entry.
• Strong listening and communication skills for clear documentation.
• Flexible schedule availability to cover part-time and full-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Document patient visits in real time alongside doctors.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems accurately.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and organized.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
