ScribeAmerica is hiring on-site Medical Scribes to support physicians by documenting patient visits in real time. You’ll record patient history, exams, tests, and prescriptions, enabling doctors to focus on care. Training is provided, with full-time and part-time roles available.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are 18+, and can type 40+ WPM with fluent English and strong communication. Flexible schedules and on-site opportunities help fit school or other commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ years and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM; fluent in English.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document patient visits in real time with doctors.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and keep records secure.
