ScribeAmerica is hiring on-site Medical Scribes to support doctors by documenting patient visits and maintaining accurate records. Roles offer full-time or part-time options with hands-on training and industry-leading programs.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma, fluent English, and strong typing skills. Training includes Scribe University and real clinical exposure, enabling growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
