HealthChannels, LLC is seeking on-site medical scribes to document patient visits in real time, supporting doctors with history, exams, and treatments. You’ll use EHR systems, review lab results, and keep charts accurate, while adhering to HIPAA rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM and strong listening skills.
• Fluent in English with solid reading and writing abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and use a computer for long periods.
• Willingness to follow HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document patient visits in real time alongside doctors.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems accurately.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Keep patient charts current and precise.
• Submit documents for doctor review and support lab tracking.
