Job summary

HealthChannels, LLC is seeking on-site Medical Scribes to assist physicians by documenting patient visits in real time. You will record histories, exams and treatments, and use EHR systems while following HIPAA regulations. Training is provided, with both full-time and part-time options available.

Eligibility includes a high school diploma, 18+ age, and strong English and typing skills. Excellent organizational abilities and the willingness to learn are essential for success in this hands-on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors during patient visits to document everything.
• Record patient history, exams, and treatments.
• Use electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Review and track lab and test results.
• Follow HIPAA and other rules to keep records secure.
• Keep patient charts up to date and accurate.
• Send and organize documents for doctor review.
• Support the healthcare team with lab tracking and follow-ups.
• Help keep the clinic running smoothly.
