Job summary

Rancho Health MSO, Inc in Fallbrook, CA is seeking a Scribe for a full-time role. The Scribe will transcribe patient visits, assist with clinical documentation, and support the care team to ensure high-quality patient records.

The role requires accuracy in medical terminology, fast typing, and effective communication with patients and staff. On-site work, 40 hours weekly, with travel as needed within the county.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Experience with medical terminology advisable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records and assists with clinical paperwork.
• Transcribes patient visits with accuracy and detail.
• Transcribe patient history, exams, labs, and notes as directed by the Provider.
• Review and prepare patient charts prior to visits with Provider.
• Prepare care plans and patient-facing instructions as directed by the Provider.
• Coordinate with care team on follow-up, procedures or orders.
