Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to type 65+ wpm.
• Effective communication with patients and staff.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe patient visits with accuracy and detail.
• Review and prepare patient charts prior to visits.
• Communicate with care team to ensure complete care plans.
• Input documentation for procedures, labs, and tests.
• Assist with patient education documents as directed.
• Maintain up-to-date provider information during visits.
