You will prepare charts, letters, and collect necessary medical records prior to examinations.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay and immediate start. Training will be provided to get you up to speed quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules examinations through system databases.
• Confirms appointment dates and times with physicians' offices.
• Communicates with clients about scheduling and changes.
• Obtains medical records prior to examinations.
• Prepares and sends exam notification letters daily.
