Job summary

ExamWorks is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. You’ll coordinate examinations, schedule with physicians, and manage client communications to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of patient records.

The role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Remote work is available with national scope, and training will be provided to hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year related experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical office preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines with high call volume.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule examinations through IME Centric or office system.
• Schedule and confirm appointment dates with physicians' offices.
• Communicate with clients about scheduling, changes, no-shows, and records.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain required medical records.
• Prepare charts and letters detailing client questions and service requests.
• Send daily exam notification letters.
• Maintain invoicing and coordinate with accounting for charges.
• Arrange ancillary services and reschedule as needed.
• Provide coverage to satellite offices as required.
• Assist with lodging and transportation for out-of-town examinees.
