Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Central Scheduling Associate to support the physician group central scheduling contact center. You will schedule for multispecialty providers and diagnostic testing, ensuring timely and accurate appointments while collecting insurance information and entering data into the scheduling system.

You will deliver friendly, professional service to callers, demonstrate empathy, and meet scheduling guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years office experience required, preferably in a medical setting.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred; training provided and required within 30-60 days.

Responsibilities

• Schedule for multispecialty providers and diagnostic testing.
• Enter client information into scheduling application and provide accurate financial information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to callers in a friendly, timely, courteous and professional manner.
• Support organizational goals through teamwork and performance improvement.
