AtlantiCare is seeking a Client Services Representative to support front desk operations across hospital or ambulatory settings. You will schedule appointments, collect patient data, and communicate financial information with accuracy.

A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork underpins daily activities. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1-3 years office experience in a medical setting, and preferred CPT4/ICD-10 coding knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years office experience required, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance, CPT4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred or training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Schedule patient appointments in a timely and organized manner.
• Enter client information into the computer accurately.
• Provide accurate financial information to clients and handle basic billing inquiries.
• Support organizational goals through teamwork and participation in improvement efforts.
