AtlantiCare is seeking a Client Services Representative to support front desk operations across hospital or ambulatory settings. You will schedule patient appointments, collect insurance information, and enter data accurately in the system while providing clear financial information to clients.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and participation in performance improvement initiatives within the organization. Travel between departments may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years office experience required, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance, CPT4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in clinical applications will be trained as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk support in hospital/ambulatory settings and manage patient appointments.
• Enter client information into the computer and ensure accurate financial information is communicated.
• Deliver quality customer service and participate in performance improvement efforts.
