Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Client Services Representative to provide front desk support across hospital/ambulatory settings. You will schedule patient appointments, collect insurance details, and enter data while delivering accurate financial information to clients.

The role requires 1–3 years of office experience (medical setting preferred) with CPT4 and ICD-10 coding knowledge, and familiarity with medical terminology and clinical applications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance experience; CPT4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in clinical applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides office front desk support and ensures timely scheduling of patient appointments.
• Collects patient insurance information and inputs client data into the computer.
• Provides accurate financial information to clients and supports performance improvement.
• Uses teamwork to meet organizational goals and maintain quality service.
