Job summary

All’s WELL, Inc. in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Medical Surgery Scheduler to coordinate patient scheduling for vascular access procedures and other surgeries.

You will manage pre- and post-procedure logistics, testing, records, and transportation, ensuring everything is in place prior to surgery. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has a high school diploma, and holds BLS certification, with 1+ year of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting and CKD/hemodialysis
