Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• BLS required.
• 1+ year of surgery scheduling experience preferred.
• Spanish/English fluency required.
• Experience with chronic kidney disease or hemodialysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for patients needing vascular access procedures and other surgeries.
• Schedule procedures, coordinate required testing, medical records, dialysis treatments, and transportation.
• Communicate with patients and dialysis centers to ensure everything is in place before surgery.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions and answer patient questions.
