Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant for a direct hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. As a Bilingual Medical Assistant, you will help ensure patients receive efficient, accurate, and supportive care throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering injections, performing urine testing, and supporting patient education.
• Assist with anemia and iron management, clinical procedures, specimen collection, blood pressure monitoring, and diagnostic testing coordination.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR and communicate important patient updates to providers.
• Manage patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, follow‑up care, and care coordination to help patients stay on track with treatment plans.
• Support clinic operations through medical records management, inventory control, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with team members across multiple locations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $19.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Job type: Direct hire.
