You will coordinate appointments with the Central Scheduling team, verify insurance and pre-authorizations, communicate details to patients, and maintain accurate medical records, while using EPIC and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; clerical healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment expected.

Responsabilités

• Schedule patients in collaboration with Central Scheduling and Breast Center guidelines.
• Verify insurance and pre-authorizations have been obtained.
• Communicate appointment details with patients and address scheduling inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation within medical records.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
