Valley Health System (New Jersey) is seeking an Admissions/Registration specialist to support the Infusion & Lab or Radiation Oncology centers. You will handle registration, preregistration, scheduling, admitting, and data processing to ensure timely access to care.

Two to five years of related experience are required along with strong accuracy, Excel/Word proficiency, and professional communication. The role includes benefits and a competitive starting wage. Luckow Pavilion, Day shift.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of BA training program required.

Responsabilidades

• Register and preregister patients and schedule visits.
• Assist with admitting, data entry, and information processing.
• Support patients and departments; refer to Patient Financial Advocates as needed.
• Verify authorizations, medical necessity, and patient consents.
• Coordinate care to ensure timely access to services.
