Job summary

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the provider and patients.
• Schedules appointments and manages patient flow.
• Provides instructions for tests, treatments and insurance-related processes (precertifications, referrals, chart documentation).
• Schedules follow-up visits, referrals, procedures, and imaging; provides instructions.
• Completes referral processes and monitors adherence to the plan of care.
