Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support clinic operations and patient care. You will prepare charts, schedule visits, and log care management activities to ensure a smooth care pathway for Summerville patients.

The role requires CMA or licensed nurse credentials, CPR, and strong communication skills. It is a full-time on-site position based in Ladson with travel between offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a CMA or licensed nurse; license must be in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Current CPR certificate required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team oriented.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize patient medical records for visits.
• Ensure documentation and test results are accessible for providers.
• Protect patient confidentiality and verify consent forms.
• Reconcile medications and coordinate patient appointments.
• Communicate with patients via multiple channels to schedule visits.
• Log care management activities accurately.
