Job summary

Beiersdorf North America seeks a data-driven Medical Operations & Analytics Manager to strengthen operational effectiveness and strategic execution across Medical Affairs/Marketing and Field Medical teams. You will leverage data, technology platforms, field insights, and market intelligence to prioritize and engage healthcare professionals across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in medical operations, sales operations, analytics, or related roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, reporting, and translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience with IQVIA, ProVoice, IQMed, CRM platforms, BI tools, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of HCP targeting/segmentation, territory planning, and field force optimization.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive operational improvements.
• Experience developing and delivering training and adoption of new processes/platforms.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead rollout of field training and capability building initiatives.
• Lead HCP targeting and segmentation efforts with IQVIA and updated dermatologist target lists.
• Serve as NA SME for IQMED Marketing, IQVIA, ProVoice, Close-Up, and related platforms.
• Manage monthly ProVoice reporting and stakeholder coordination; produce monthly recommendation-share reports and insights.
• Plan and monitor IQMED tracking of DSR performance and compliance; tie KPIs to ROI targets.
• Facilitate external data integration and measurement of POS trends by region.
• Manage Mercer collaboration for DSR incentive compensation; support performance calibration.
• Oversee field operations and vendor management to improve medical field effectiveness.
• Provide cross-functional support with Global Medical Operations and lead pilot programs to enhance performance.
• Translate market and field insights into territory design and resource allocation decisions.
