Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to grow the client product portfolio by building relationships, expanding existing business, and converting competitive products. You will learn to demonstrate products to healthcare providers in operating room and administrative settings, while following policy and driving results.

This role offers hands-on training, a clear sales process, and a path to an Account Executive role as you gain experience and geographic coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-2 years business experience.
• Ability to travel (50-75%) and/or relocate to an assigned geography as needed.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales of client products and convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction.
• Support the aligned Area/Region for all sales-related activities, with potential progression to Account Executive.
• Learn to understand and demonstrate proper use of Mentor products to healthcare providers in operating room and administrative settings.
• Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical way that leads the customer to action.
• Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Mentor products.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage customer questions and objections per sales training, and handle hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets across the assigned area, ensuring product availability and quality of materials.
