National HealthCare Corporation in Dickson, TN seeks an Account Executive for NHC HomeCare to execute the sales strategy, grow accounts, and educate the medical community on our home care services. You will develop strategic plans to manage and expand market share, obtain referrals, and collaborate with care teams.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; home health experience preferred.

Competenze

• Successful previous experience in business development, outreach, or healthcare related industry.
• Reliable means of transportation and must have current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must have knowledge of medical community within Dickson and surrounding markets.

Mansioni

• Develop strategic plans to successfully manage and grow accounts and market share.
• Grow market share by obtaining referrals and increased participation in the NHC program.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team.
• Face to Face documentation must also be obtained and communicated to appropriate agency.
