Koch Foods, Inc. is seeking a Safety/First Aid Associate for the 3rd shift in a manufacturing setting. You will provide first aid, treat injuries, and perform safety inspections while maintaining confidential medical records.

The role includes post-offer drug testing, hearing tests, and monthly safety meetings to promote a safe workplace. Candidates should have EMT license, CPR/First Aid certification, and safety experience in manufacturing. OSHA credentials are preferred.

Formación

• EMT license is required.
• CPR and Basic First Aid certification is required.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications are preferred.
• Safety experience in a similar manufacturing environment is required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first aid and treat work-related injuries.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure safety compliance.

Requirements

• EMT LICENSE REQUIRED
• CPR and Basic First Aid Certified required.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.
• Safety experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent utilization of office equipment and/or computers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• Ability to stand and/or walk throughout shift.
• Exposure to heat (99°F, 37°C) and cold (45°F, 4°C).
• Expose to wet and cold environment.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
