Qualificações

• High School or equivalent required.
• Two years of clinical or customer service experience.
• Three years of experience with direct customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Captures complete and accurate patient information for medical triage of all spine referrals, utilizing Cordata software and clinical protocols.
• Identifies and processes urgent patients.
• Obtains pre-certification or pre-authorization information during outpatient services.
• Obtains external medical records and transfers them to HIM and Cordata for review.
• Collects demographic/billing/insurance information and enters it into registration/billing systems.
• Communicates insurance coverage and patient financial responsibilities to patients and providers.
• Assists with pre-certification and authorization processes and documents in systems.
• Schedules clinic appointments using Epic and coordinates with departments.
