Qualificações

• Three years clinical or customer service experience.
• Five years of experience with direct customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and initiates training protocols and new employee orientation.
• Orients and mentors new employees.
• Addresses and resolves patient/customer and physician complaints.
• Coordinates communication between patient/customer and providers/clinic.
• Maintains training records and notifies manager of issues.
• Performs duties of a referral specialist within the spine center.
