Cirrus iNtegrated Practice Management is seeking a motivated Medical Records Coordinator at our Ashburn, Virginia location. You will help patients and providers access medical records and diagnostic images securely and efficiently, while maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy.

The role involves coordinating requests, transferring images via PowerShare, and supporting daily operations in a healthcare setting. A strong service mindset and detail-oriented work style are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• A commitment to confidentiality and responsible handling of sensitive information.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize requests, and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical records requests from patients, authorized representatives, physicians, hospitals, and other facilities.
• Help patients and providers access diagnostic images using PowerShare and other tools.
• Prepare imaging CDs/DVDs when physical media is needed.
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA and company procedures.
• Provide outstanding service by answering questions and communicating request statuses.
• Keep records organized, maintain documentation, and track requests.
• Support the team with exam navigation and related administrative tasks.
