Responsibilities

• Accurately scan, index, and upload patient records to the EHR.
• Process medical record requests in a timely manner with HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain logs and tracking for record requests and disclosures.
• Assist with fax queues, inbound records, and documentation management.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, providers, and staff regarding records.
