Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and healthcare operations experience.
• Experience handling high-volume work queues in a deadline-driven environment.
• CMS-regulated programs experience (Medicare Advantage/Medicaid) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with co-workers and staff professionally.
• Review and assign work queues from the Manager, prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Perform provider outreach via EMR portals, fax, mail, or on-site retrieval.
• Document outreach attempts, responses, and retrieval outcomes.
• Verify records before storage and ensure correct naming/indexing conventions.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking data and support reporting.
• Escalate issues promptly and support process improvements.
• Communicate status to internal partners.
