American Retrieval is seeking a Records Retrieval Specialist II to manage medical and legal record requests and deliver exceptional client service.

You will communicate with custodians, facilities, clients, and internal teams in a high-volume environment, ensuring timely retrieval and accurate documentation across the lifecycle.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, problem solving, and collaboration to meet service standards and support our clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of customer service, client support, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contact record custodians, facilities, and providers to obtain requested records.
• Monitor outstanding requests and expedite retrieval efforts.
• Follow up to ensure records are received accurately and within service levels.
• Maintain detailed documentation of communications and retrieval activities.
