Job summary

IEHP in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a Data Retrieval Specialist to support year-round medical records collection for HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, and other quality projects.

You will collaborate with IEHP Providers, manage data entry, data management, research, and reporting while adhering to established workflows. The role requires strong administrative skills, experience with EMR systems, and a customer-focused approach. This is a short-term assignment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of administrative experience in an office environment, including use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• One year of experience in healthcare data collection from various Electronic Medical Record systems.
• Demonstrate superior interpersonal and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Support year-round efforts to collect medical records for quality projects (HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, DHCS special projects).
• Collaborate with IEHP Providers for collection of medical records.
• Perform data management, research, data entry, quality control, and report generation/analysis.
• Adhere to established departmental workflows and escalation protocols when trends or deficiencies are identified.
