ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PRIOR RECORD RETRIEVAL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Data Entry;
• Follow-up with providers (via phone, email, fax). This job requires frequent phone work;
• Review of prepayment requests for accuracy and then inputting those into our system;
• Answering status requests made by the client;
• Processing rejections based on the client protocol;
• Review the requested materials for accuracy and supply those in a final version to the requesting party.
