Qualifications

• Experience in legal, healthcare, or records retrieval is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact record custodians, facilities, and providers to obtain records.
• Monitor outstanding requests and expedite retrieval.
• Enter and maintain record request information in systems.
