Medical Records Coordinator - ogi | Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility

Description: The Medical Records Coordinator will maintain medical records and prepare patient information for provider daily clinics.

This is a casual role/temporary position based out of ogi | Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility - Edina.

ogi | Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices owned and led by physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential functions:
  • Request charts for upcoming appointments
  • Scan patient information into electronic medical record
  • Verify patient information is accurate and up to date in electronic medical record
  • Prepare for patient appointments, including patient face sheet, portal forms, worksheet, diagnostic results, and other provider requests
  • Distribute Efax reports daily
  • Ensure inter-office correspondence is distributed and documented in a timely manner
  • Maintain records area
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
Education, experience, & other requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Previous Medical Records experience preferred
