The Lead Patient Services Representative is responsible for patient registration, check-in, and clinical support duties. Additionally, this role supports Patient Services Representatives and manages daily clinic front desk operations.

This is a full-time position working M-F, 7:15 am - 5:00 pm, at our Edina location. The role also involves working a half-day every 11th Saturday at Maple Grove.

ogi | Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility is part of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a physician-led group of local medical practices dedicated to empowering patients with more control over their healthcare.

Essential Functions
  1. Oversee daily operations and staff productivity; ensure excellent patient service and care delivery.
  2. Coordinate work schedules, staffing, and coverage.
  3. Partner with supervisors for staff recognition, development, and coaching.
  4. Train and assist Patient Services Representatives.
  5. Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with all departments.
  6. Greet and register patients, collect payments, and verify insurance.
  7. Schedule patients accurately in the management system.
  8. Maintain patient charts and understand healthcare plan requirements.
  9. Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
  1. High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  3. Customer service and medical reception experience.
  4. Knowledge of i-Health resources and policies is preferred.
