Qualifications

• Proficiency with EHR systems and MS Office.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and standard record-keeping practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and update patient medical records (digital and physical).
• Safeguard patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Process authorized requests for medical records from patients, physicians, and insurers.
• Audit charts for completeness and timeliness of documentation.
• Scan, index, and file documents into the EHR system.
