Responsibilities

• Compliance & Privacy: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and policies.
• Processing Requests: Handle requests for medical records from patients, physicians, and insurers.
• Quality Auditing: Audit charts for complete and timely documentation.
• Administrative Support: Scan, index, and file documents into the EHR.
