• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and update patient medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Process requests for medical records from patients, providers, and authorized third parties.
• Scan, index, and file medical documents into electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely record retrieval and filing.
• Assist with audits, record reviews, and quality assurance of health information.
• Respond to medical records inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
