Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
Data Management: Organize, maintain, and accurately update digital and physical patient medical records.
Compliance & Privacy: Safeguard patient confidentiality by strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
Processing Requests: Efficiently process authorized requests for medical records from patients, physicians, and insurance companies.
Quality Auditing: Audit charts routinely to ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation by clinical staff.
Administrative Support: Scanning, indexing, and filing documents into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree in Health Information Technology preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in medical records, health administration, or a similar clinical front-office setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge Base: Familiarity with medical terminology and standard record-keeping practices.
