Job Duties Include

• Greeting and welcoming patients and guests entering the clinic
• Showing empathy and genuine care, proactively communicating with patients and guests throughout their visit
• Answering phones, verifying insurance, checking in patients, and inputting patient information into our EMR (training provided, no experience required)
• Scheduling reservations and follow-up visits, communicating wait times, and relaying messages with full details when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities
• Experience in an urgent care or healthcare setting (preferred but not required)
