Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to greet patients professionally and manage scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Check in/out patients for appointments and collect co-pays.
• Verify insurance information and maintain EMR records.
• Schedule and register patients; coordinate referrals and follow-ups.
