Responsibilities

• Greets and communicates with patients in person or by phone in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answers telephones in a timely, courteous, and professional manner using appropriate scripting.
• Processes calls to transfer patients to the appropriate staff member/provider.
• Schedules patient appointments based on department protocols to maximize provider productivity.
