Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England's Farmington Primary Care team seeks a friendly Business Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, registering patients, verifying insurance, and collecting copays.

You will coordinate pre-authorizations, referrals, help prepare charts, and support providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming, diverse setting with day shift hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical office or billing preferred.
• Excellent keyboard skills and accurate data entry; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person or by phone with courtesy and professionalism.
• Handle appointment scheduling and patient registration according to protocols.
• Verify insurance and collect copays at time of service.
• Coordinate pre-authorizations and referrals; help prepare charts for visits.
