You will manage front desk tasks, verify insurance information, collect co-pays, answer calls, and remind patients of appointments in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Greeting all patients and visitors.
• Perform patient check in and check out.
• Verify patient’s contact and personal information at all visits.
• Verify the patient’s insurance and collect any associated co-pays at the time of service.
• Answer incoming calls and directs the caller accordingly.
• Maintain patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines and safety rules.
• Conduct patient appointment reminders.
