NOMS Healthcare in Ohio is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role at our Westlake clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, delivering courteous, professional support and guiding patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in medical receptionist, healthcare registration, or medical office is preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and scheduling software is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as in-office point of contact.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance details.
• Collect co-pays and balances according to policy.
• Answer phones and direct calls with exceptional service.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and registrations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and manage records in the EMR.
